About us

Complete Building Services was established in 1992 and is run by three directors with each specialising in their own area of expertise.  Our original aim was to provide customers with one source for all their domestic building and maintenance requirements and to ensure that all building works were completed to a high standard without issue.

Since the companies formation customer retention has been a high priority and we still regularly work for customers who first used our services in 1993.

Our services are too varied to fully list but include:

Annual landlord gas safety checks & services on our in house system which allows us to ensure all properties are maintained and reduces the risk of leaving gas installations unsafe.

Maintenance of rented properties for landlords and managing agents.

Planned maintenance to ensure problems are not left unchecked increasing costs in the long term.
